Room 1 features a Queen bed and either joins Room 2 as a suite or can be set-up as a private room. Access to the bathroom when not used as a suite is via a separate door from the hallway. We do not rent this room unless the guests in Room 2 agree to share their bath.

Room 2 works as a single room with Private Bath or optionally connects with a Queen Room next door to function as a suite and share a Bath. Great for family accommodations and plenty of floor space in case you need a add a crib.
Room 3 King
Room 3 features a King Bed and Private Bathroom. Comfortable chairs to sit and visit as well as a desk area to use for any work you need to do. Enjoy the free high-speed wireless access.
Room 5
Chair & Desk
Room 5 is a Queen room at the rear of the house. Has a private bathroom, sitting chair and desk to work or write a note. Overlooking the backyard and fountain, this is a tranquil room with plenty of privacy.

The 2nd floor has a nice sitting room which also has a Day Bed which can be used as a bedroom but shares a bath with a guest room. Perfect for a College student who wants to stay up later.
